Summer is Just Around the Corner

That's right, I've now got less than 20 days left of work before three-ish glorious months off this summer.  Since my daydreams lately are all about sunny summer days, here's my summer bucket list.  I have no intentions on ticking them off  as blog posts as we do them, but I'm sure a good chunk of them will end up being shared regardless!  Some are just for me, but most are for Sam and Anna to do with us as a family.

1. Sleep in :)
2. Travel to Grandma and Grandpa's cabin
3. Visit other grandparents
4. Go camping (if I can forget the epic failure of last year)
5. Swim in a lake
6. Swim in a pool

A few Just-For-Me Goals:

5. Take summer graduate classes
6.  Set up big kid rooms and get new carpet... or move (more on this later!)

Yay for summer! I have to admire your ambition trying camping again after last year although it pretty much has to be a little better this time.

Ok, I tried the "eat popsicles" thing and she mostly used it as hair gel. Maybe we'll go for sidewalk chalk next?

I love the idea of a summer bucket list! I will have to make one now. The finish line is in sight! Congrats on another year down. As a school psychologist, kindergarten teachers are some of the people I respect the most. Those wiggly silly little kiddos are hard to wrangle and teach!
