Making the Most of a Little Snow

Sam and Anna experienced making their first snowman last weekend (the one they made at daycare a few days before didn't count, because firsts at daycare never count, fyi).  The balmy typical-for-this-winter weather meant that the poor guy's life was short lived, but I'm sure there will be lots of snowpeople made in future winters, if not this one!

 Hugging the snowman

One last hug before it melted away
(It didn't even make it past nap time that day)

Beautiful pictures, Katie!!!!

Wow! You are talented!

I wish we had snow! We've hardly had any this year. Our crocus are already blooming, and my daffodils are about to. Seriously?!! Where was winter? I bought the girls snowsuits, and we've used them TWICE!! Argh!!! What a waste of money! I had no idea it would be such a mild winter.

This girls from northern Illinois wants more snow!

LOVE the pictures! How fun. We only had a light dusting here...which is about what we get. Not enough for a snowman for sure!
