So my dog most definitely has a tumor in his mouth and because of the location, needs anesthesia to do a biopsy. They will remove as much of it as they can and then analyze a sample to find out if it is malignant or benign, what type of tumor, whether it will continue to grow, etc. The cost of the procedure to put him under and just do the biopsy is around $700.
This pretty much solidifies the fact that I will be going back to work at school for the last three weeks of the school year.
This royally sucks on so many many levels.

Awwww. Sad to hear that. I'll be praying that it's something minor that they can take care of.
Oh I am so sorry to hear about your sweet dog! What a beauty! I am also sorry you have to go back to school before the end of the year. UGH! Will be praying for the surgery to be a success!
Wow. Pets are so precious so my heart is breaking for you. Thinking of you!!
Hi,
I just wanted to let you know the link on your site to my blog is no longer valid. The old link (twosheldons.blogspot.com) should be changed to www.faithfullyinfertile.com in order for it to continue working. Thanks!
Elaine
Ugh that stinks... you don't need this stress right now... I hope everything turns out to be ok...
Hope all turns out to be okay with your pup! This is definitely not something you need right at this moment!!
I'm so sorry about your puppy. :( I hope it's benign and this takes care of everything!
I'm so sorry. Our cat had a growth on the bottom of his tongue. Definitely a difficult thing to go through, and expensive.
