Just found out the cribs my babies have been sleeping for over a month have been
recalled. This recall involves Simplicity and Graco drop-sided cribs. I knew we didn't want drop sides when we were looking for cribs, but I couldn't find any white cribs with solid ends that didn't have a drop-side front. The retrofit kits will arrive in "2-3 weeks." What to do until then? I guess Sam and Anna will be sharing the Arms-Reach Co-sleeper once again. And their mom and dad will be back to getting no sleep once again, as well.

Bummer. A friend with a 2 month old posted this on FB today.
If we lived closer I'd totally loan you our pack-n-play. It's currently used as a toy box in our family room. Nugget hasn't slept in it for over 6 months.
Do you know anyone you could borrow something from?
Oh gosh....that's awful! It seems like everything gets recalled these days...nothing is safe! *sigh*
Hope you are able to catch some zzz's even with the new sleeping arrangements!
Awww hun, I'm so sorry. I saw that on the news and immediately prayed, "Dear God, please let our cribs NEVER have any recalls".
Hope they sleep better than you think they will.
mine was on the list too... fortunately the kiddos haven't slept in it since week 1.... I had called 2 weeks before I had them to find out if they had a kit for the dropside to be answered with a "no - there's no recall so we don't supply it" - rather curtly I might add...
Good luck on getting some sleep....
Oh I'm so sorry. I hope Sam & Anna adjust well to the new sleeping arrangements. I hope you and your hubby do too!
