So yeah, my children are 2 and a half and I just finished Sam's 1-2 year old photo book. Better late than never, right? My goal is to get Anna's done before Christmas. Then, next year I'm switching to doing one book a year for our family. So in the next book there will be an overlap of 3 months (all of 2012 in the book), but one book a year seems more manageable than doing two books every year! My goal for completing a 2012 family book? During my winter break- so before January 1st. Wish me luck in doing two massive photo books in the next 2 and a 1/2 months!

That is such a well done book! What a special treasure for years to come! Reminds me I NEED to get back to work on my photo books! I am behind, way behind! I still need to do SP's first year and LB's 2nd yr! Do you prefer Shutterfly over Snapfish or did you just use whatever you could get a promo code for? I've used Snapfish in the past, but my mom prefers Shutterfly.
You have two so youre allowed to take a little longer :-) it's awesome!
