This Totally Blows

Literally.

I woke up with a cold today. Like the body aches, sore muscles, swollen muscles, aching joints, hip pain, hurting stretch marks, muscle cramps, difficulty breathing, and lack of energy weren't enough with simply being pregnant with twins at over 30 weeks and still working a full-time demanding job. Now I've got the added challenge of body aches, sore muscles, aching joints, difficulty breathing, stuffy head, hurting nose and lack of energy due to a cold. Did I mention that I am sneezing a lot and sneezing makes me tinkle a little each time?

To my friend Sudafed: I will miss you this week.

*Sigh.* Bed rest is sure sounding more appealing than it was a month ago.

Thank you, dear kindergartners that pick your nose. I'm blaming you.

Sorry to hear you're sick. Mine dragged on for about 2.5 weeks. Though I only had a sore throat, runny nose and cough. Really, with all those kindergarteners, I'm surprised you haven't have more illnesses to date!
Hope you feel better very soon.

:( No fun at all... take it easy and have Jake wait on you hand and foot... At least it's the weekend and you can be a couch potato for a couple of days... hopefully you can shake it quickly...

Feel better real soon!

You might as well blame them. It IS their fault.

I'm so sorry. Sick kids coming to school sharing their germs... ugh!

I had a student that was sent home by the nurse last week because she was so ill, and there she shows up bright and early the next morning.

Is the hip pain from sleeping on your side? I can't believe I'm already having that at 16 weeks. It's awful.

Feel better!

Girl...I hear you...I'm just waiting to get sick...I had five kids out with fevers (two I had to send home myself) on Friday...and numerous ones still have a nasty cough. Hygeine isn't a Kindergartener's first priority...I'm surprised we don't get sick more often!

I cannot imagine being sick right now...this third trimester has just begun for me and I'm totally dying here...ditto on the bed rest...ugh...

Hope you can find some relief soon...take a day off if it will help even a little bit...you deserve it!!!
