At 11 months, Anna:
Is in size 3 diapers
Wears mostly 9 month clothes, although she has started to outgrow some 6-9 month and 9 month clothes in arm and leg length. Wears some 12 month pjs, onesies, shirts, and one pair of pants.
Drinks 7-9 oz a time, 3 times a day
Sleeps 7 pm to 6:30 am with minimal short wakeups
Is eating 100% table food
Being less picky about food, but throws what she doesn't want to our dog very deliberately
Fav food of the moment: blueberries
Now drinks out of a sippy cup without handles
Waves her right hand around like she's swinging a lasso while she's eating
Takes 2 naps of 1 1/2 hours to 2 1/2 hours a day, unless she's sick
Likes the green light on our CO2 detector
Favorite toy of the moment: Vtech Crazy Legs Ladybug
Says Dada, Mama, Bella, and hi very clearly on her own has several other words for things that are less recognizable, including "wa" for water in her sippy cup
Signs AND says "all done (ah dah)!" when she's done eating or drinking
Understands "so big" and will comply with her arms up... when she wants to
Three teeth- bottom two and one top
First fever illness complete with vomiting
Got her third cold
Likes to climb into the infant car seats when they are on the floor and chew on the buckles
Likes to put things in containers
Starting putting shapes into the shape sorter in the correct spot
Pretend brushes her hair with the brush
Thinks things on her head is hilarious (cups, burp cloths, etc.)
Helps turn pages in a book and knows where all the texture and flip parts are in the books we often read
Dances to music she likes
Uses her index finger to point to everything
Is really starting to like My Pal Violet- smiles at her, dances to her songs, and give her hugs
Does the "downward dog" yoga pose sticking her butt up in the air
Likes to open and close drawers
Adores the bounce house at daycare- had a grin plastered on her face the entire time
At 11 months, Sam:
Is in size 4 Overnight diapers, size 3 Pampers during the day
Wears 12 month clothing
Drinks 7-9 oz a time, 3 times a day
Sleeps 7:00 pm - 6:30 am straight
No longer uses a pacifier
Eats 100% table food
Devours yogurt and will get excited if he sees you get it out of the refrigerator
Now drinks out of a sippy cup without handles
Finally showing interest in holding his own bottle... sometimes
Takes 2 naps of 1 1/2 hours to 2 1/2 hours a day
Cruises everywhere
Loves to climb and roll all over the couch
Pulls to stand using mom and dad's legs when he wants to be picked up
Often pats his sister on the head and grabs her by the shirt collar (Anna's not a fan)
Favorite toy of the moment: Busy Ball Popper
Is not a fan of the jumperoo anymore
Says Dada, Mama, and Anna
Likes to climb into the infant car seats when they are on the floor and chew on the buckles
Got his third cold
Went from 2 to 6 teeth in a month
Loves to roll like a crocodile on soft things like a blanket, comforter, or the couch
Favorite game is giving mom something to pretend munch on

Getting better at climbing up stairs
Tries to stand up in the bathtub throughout the entire bath
Likes to open and close drawers
Loves to play with the curtains

I feel like they suddenly look so much older, especially Sam! Happy 11 months!
So sweet. Each month I'm impressed with the great pictures you are able to capture of Sam and Anna. And It is cool to see how, even twins, can be so different. Sam's got quite the mouth full of teeth! And I love fake munching game.
Anna throws food at the dogs! How funny is that!!! Well, probably not to you, but you've got to admit it's pretty smart of her!
They are SO adorable! Sounds like things are going really well.
It's so amazing how fast they grow. Your twins are just four months older than mine, and it is amazing how much they can do.
I was looking for 12 month clothes yesterday, trying to build a wardrobe before Addison needs stuff (the sleeves to some of her 9 month clothes are already getting short!). Anyway, I found myself sad that they are outgrowing all of the baby stuff, and moving into toddler clothes. How did that even happen?
Oh my gosh, almost a year old! I hope this month passes by slowly for you. I know you'll savor every moment. They're getting so big and cuter by the day!

Wow! Sam and Anna are just so adorable! While it must be tough to watch them grow, it must be amazing to watch them be able to do so much more, too.
