Wordless Wednesday- Apple Picking

We have an apple tree in our yard, and this is actually the first year we've ever done something with the apples.  Thanks to our banner crop, we've made lots and lots of applesauce, and still have more planned to make.  Sam and Anna helped us pick apples this weekend.

Sam's newest frequent look- the glance over his shoulder with a grin, letting us know he's about to take off running (He had a ball throwing apples for our yellow lab apple-eating fiend and then chasing her)

Love that you have an apple tree in your back yard! We love our pear tree! Yummy goodness just a few steps away! :)

Beautiful pictures, Katie!

An apple tree in your backyard??? That's so cool. What fun for the little ones, and you guys, to get to walk right out your door, pick apples, and then enjoy them.
